1. Platform Operations & Indian E-Commerce Mandates

By accessing MittiMuse, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 of India, all product prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes (GST).

2. Payments & Order Verification

• Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay Gateway (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) or Direct Bank/UPI QR Transfer with UTR submission.
• For Manual UPI QR Payments, orders remain under "Pending Verification" until our accounts team verifies the UTR reference. Fraudulent UTR submissions are subject to account termination under Indian Cyber Law.
• Free express shipping is applicable on all qualified orders across India.

3. DPDP Act Privacy Integration

Your data privacy is strictly protected under our DPDP Privacy Policy. As a Data Principal in India, you hold 1-click self-service rights in your account dashboard to export your personal data or request account erasure.

4. Intellectual Property & Artisan Designs

All handcrafted polymer clay jewelry designs, photography, logo branding, and website assets are exclusive intellectual property of MittiMuse Clay Studio, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
